I have been interested in genealogy for quite a few years now. I am not only researching my ancestral lineage, but my husband's and my siblings in-laws as well. I have put many memorial pages for all of these ancestral lines on FindAGrave.

I also have input many memorials from local cemeteries. I started adding them in hopes that I could help others in their quest for their ancestors. Anyone I input from Saline County, Kansas or a neighboring county are probably not related to me.

If you are related to any of the people that I have put into FindAGrave, I would love to hear from you. I will gladly accept additions/corrections/etc. to my information (help is always appreciated). If you are RELATED to someone I have input and would like to have their memorial transferred to you, send me a request via the 'edit' and then 'suggest correction' link on the memorial page. Be sure to include your FindAGrave user ID in your request so that I can transfer it to you. Please send a separate request for each memorial you want transferred. Find A Grave rules allow us 30 days to complete transfer requests. I will not transfer a memorial if your request does not include the following; 1) a link to the memorial page you want transferred, 2) your Find A Grave user ID, and 3) the reason you want the memorial page transferred. I don't have time to search for the memorial and then search for your user ID so that I can transfer it. If you want it, make it effortless for me. DO NOT SEND REQUESTS TO LINK FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ARE ALREADY LINKED!

Alvery Hortiz - Bertha Marty Hortiz
I've added Alvery to Bertha's memorial, not as her first husband per your suggestion, but as her second one. The census information I have shows that she married Mathias Kroeger at age 18, and had two children by him. She married Alvery after Mathias died.

If you happen to have any genealogy information on Bertha Hortiz's father, Dominick Marty (# 70819510), would you be willing to contact me via a public message or email at my contact address so I can ask a question about him?

I am writing because you said you were interested in hearing form those people related to your posts. Orrill and Hermann Winkler were my maternal great-grandparents.

Thank you for posting pictures and providing so much information regarding the family. It has helped me continue to put together my family tree.

Sarah Burkholder Find A Grave Memorial# 20172399
Since I don't know how you obtained the information for Sarah Buch Burkholder, I wonder if maybe she could be Sarah Beech Burkholder? My relative was Marie Burkholder Gallagher (#107384362). Her father was Samuel and her mother Sarah Beech Burkholder. Marie was born in Salina Kansas. Buch seems awfully close to Beech, especially since your memorial links her to a Samuel Burkholder.

Thank you for any information you might be able to give to me! Claudia

Allgeyer and Doss
Hi again! I'm feverishly downloading photos from our 8 day genealogy trip today and notice that I have 5 photos of the Allgeyer/Doss headstone. I guess I was worried that it wasn't as legible as it could be. Would you like for me to e-mail all of them to you or send you a link to them in drop-box? I won't change the resolution on them so that if they can be deciphered from digital format you'll have the best chance to do that.
