You asked who David Ferguson is on her tombstone. David Ferguson was her son. David lived with his mother all his life. I do not believe he ever married.

If I run across him, I will let you know. I am not kin to the Hale family that I know of. Just have a lot of people buried in Hale Cemetery from the Wells family. But I will sure be on the look out for you!

Can you tell me where the "Holifield section" is within the cemetary? I supposedly have ancestor, FRANCES C. WESTMORELAND HOFFMAN, buried there.?
Hello, others in the Folley or Z. Estes family?

Hi Marti, The only Roberts memorials I've listed on Find A Grave that I know I'm related to are located in Greenville County, SC. Many of the families buried in the Fairview Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Lawrenceville originated in Greenville County, SC.
My GGG-grandfather was William Roberts (b. 1825) who was the son of Jesse and Rebecca Chandler Roberts from the Greenville area. I've read a good deal about his family on the Rootsweb Greenville Co. message board ,including that Jesse had a brother who was a pastor who left Greenville and settled in GA., but I haven't done a great deal of research on this family.
If you're researching Roberts in Greenville Co, I can give you the name of a couple who have done a good bit of research.
Hope this helps,
