I did try to find an obituary, but no luck. Thank you!
|Nancy Sellers||RE: Annie Davis Folmar|
Annie's sister, Bertha Mae Davis Kelly, had a niece Dorothy Elizabeth Kelly who passed in 2007. Dorothy had a picture of my 3rd great grandparents Thomas Madison Kelley and Nancy Elizabeth Griffin that I am searching for. Dorothy never married nor had any children so I am looking for extended family who may know what became of the photo. Thanks!

Thank you for the work you have done and will do for findagrave. I also have been involved and have found many gravesites of relatives for whom I have orbit and other information to add to the sites as soon as I receive the transfers.
They range from grave sites in Salem Ore to Florida, with many in Georgia and Alabama.
Again, thanks for your work.

I'm using Ancestry.com and Family Tree Maker to work on my genealogy and would like your permission to use the photos found on findagrave.com:
At this time, this is the memorial I'd like to use - I expect there will be more coming later:
|Ann K. King Tebow||Kings|
Hi Nancy, What line of Kings is yours? My Kings go back to Thomas King born September 1800. He married Dorcus Corbett in 1823 in Montgomery County, Alabama. They stayed there for a few years and then along with Dorcus' parents, James and Prescilla Wilson Corbett moved to Pike County. The Kings, Corbetts, Lees, Coskreys and other of my direct lines were involved in the organizing of Buelah Primitive Baptist Church which was right across the street from the cemetery. I am sure you are aware that at one time the cemetery was called Buelah Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Any way Thomas and Dorcus Corbet King and all their kids but William C. King, buried at Buelah Cemetery and Jasper Newton King moved to Upshur County, Texas in 1852. Later Jasper Newton and his second wife Susan Devane King joined his family in Texas. Jasper Newton's first wife and the mother of his son William Lee King is also buried in Buelah. When Mary Lee Coskrey died in the 1880s she had left a trust for William Lee who was living in Wood County, Texas at that time. Also I forgot one of Thomas King's daughters Mary King married her 1st cousin Bryant Wilson. They later moved to Wood County, Texas which joins Upshur County.
I am sorry I have run on so. If any of these Kings grab your interest please let me know.
Thanks so much,

|Jacque Leehy-Dunning||RE: Grace Jones Malandrone|
I am so sorry I could not find the grave for you. The ladies that did the cemetery book walked the whole cemetery and wrote down every marker that was visible and then compared their notes with the then sextons notes he had of the cemetery. He did have notes of some graves that were not marked. You might be able to contact a funeral home that took care of Grace and have them check their records and/or a death certificate to make sure she is buried in Herrin City Cemetery. I live in Florida but I was home for a few weeks and did a lot of photo taking while I was there. I have a lot of family there. If you find anymore information and can wait until next summer, I will take a look again for her.
