Bio and Links
Bio Photo Well it all started 14 years ago when I was wondering what my grgrgrandmother's name might be...I've been a genealogy nut since that day! I recently found this site & found some of my family here. I can't tell anyone in this world how it feels to finally be able to see thier graves...I can't get to them so this is my own way to pay tribute to the people who came before me, that I've loved & lost. I got this fancy new digital camera for christmas just not sure how to operate it but once I figure it out, I'll be the one haunting local cemetaries so that maybe I can give someone else the joy that this site has brought to me

RE:WILLIAM SHEEHAN
Hi Just wanted to see if you ever found anything more on your William? I did add the picture of the William in the San Gabriel Cemetery. Have you looked at it? Hope your health is doing good. I will keep you in mind if ever I find anything. I would love to have the copies of the census if you still have them. Thanks, Cristy

I am not related to Henry. I just was photographing stones in that cemetery and happened to take the picture. Sorry I can't help sort out the Henry, Peter, Frank mystery.
If you need any other photos in that area, let me know.

MY IM ON YAHOO
I think we need to instant message about all of this. My screen name on yahoo is I think the same as my email which is chilaogal@sbcglobal.net so lets see if we can meet up. I also have an AOL IM which is the one I use all the time and it is cristyinfortuna which is where we live.HA! Sorry to hear about your stroke. I did a lot more searching when we lived in So.Cal. where we both grew up but since moving up here, I have been working full time so not as much time to do any hunting. As for the ancestors be elusive.............you bet. I wander through cemeteries here and say, come on someone help me here.lol Take care and hope to see you on for IM. If you do the AOL one, I need to literally add you as a buddy first so let me know. 2dles, me

SHEEHAN
Our daughter is going to that cemetery today and I asked her to take a picture of the headstone of that Sheehan. We know he is not related to us so we shall see. Where does the SHEEHAN line come in for you? We are at a standstill. Only back so far as Williams grandparents in the gold rush country. Don't even know the maiden name of Hannah, his grandmother. Hope you will keep in touch as I too love this site. It is an extension of genealogy. Have a great Saturday! Cristy

BIO
I just read what you said in your bio and you sound just like me. I am hooked but been at it for a little longer than you. This site is amazing. I have found so much on it including the great great grandmother of my husbands who we had never laid eyes on until we saw her on findagrave. What a treat that was. Let me know if I can help. Where is the Sheehan connection for you? Cristy

RE:WILLIAM J. SHEEHAN
Hi
It was very interesting reading what you wrote to me but it can't be my husbands grandpa as we do know who his parents were. We did see a William Sheehan in a cemetery in San Gabriel but I am not sure what the middle initial was. I wish now I had taken a picture of it. It is in San Gabriel, CA. I would be glad to share anything else we have on ours but I am pretty sure there is no connection. Write me if there is something more. I also have some group sheets on other Sheehans that did not pertain to ours and I can look at them for you. Where do you live? I am in Nortern CA. Letme know if I can help in any other way. Cristy
