You died and I was born.

I am not sure who the William Sullivan who died in 1925 was married too. If you call the cemetery they may be able to tell you if he shares the plot with someone and who that person is. Sorry,

No - I don't have too much from Jefferson County. There is a "northern NY newspaper" site - that has newspapers from the upper New York state counties - the site is: http://news.nnyln.net/
