How do I get a relative's memorial transferred to me?
First, Determine if you really need the memorial transferred to you for management. Transferring of management should only be requested If you have extensive changes to make to a memorial. You can add photos and suggest corrections without having to request management. Simply having someone in your family tree is not grounds for a management transfer request. With hundreds of thousands of contributors, we have many overlapping family trees and it would be impossible for all contributors to manage their entire tree.

Many thanks to everyone who has contributed information and photos for my memorials.

Frank Nesta ?????
Hello,
Thank you very much for writing to me about a mysterious "Mrs" Frank Nesta that I supposedly entered into Forest Lawn cemetery in Omaha, Nebraska.
At first, I tried to edit the name to delete the "Mrs" part, and got an error message.
Secondly, I looked where he was born and died, and the bio, and Omaha, Nebraska has nothing to do with any of this.
Thirdly, I have never left a weird message about "pages joining" on some memorial
Fourth, I thought about just deleting this bad memorial--but then I thought, "I wonder if somebody is messing around and hacking FindaGrave?" so I forwarded your message to FindaGrave, requesting their help.
But again, thank you very much for the Edit on Frank Nesta. If you would consider writing FindaGrave as well, I would appreciate it--that way there will be two of us requesting assistance.
Best wishes,
Connie "MrsB"

Hi,

Sorry for the confusion on my part. I understand now. I will correct my records for second wife as Mary Jane Stonebaker.

Thanks.

RE: Annie Hamlink Schneider
I think the Holland birth may be the correct one. I found a sibling Joshua born 1832 in Koewacht,Axel,Zeeland, Netherlands. According to the 1910 census he arrived in the USA in 1845. Derrick was born abt 1843/44. This Joshua ALSO named a son Derrick Frank after their father but darn if I can find the entry or anything on their father b abt 1815 in Holland?

RE: Annie Hamlink Schneider
I guess the key would be when/if his parents came to America. I'll try to find that clue!!My email is stephensanford@verizon.net, if you'd like to use that instead?-Stephen

RE: Annie Hamlink Schneider
Will do I probably have those articles on her Ancestry page in my tree but I'll check in case you've found ones I didn't! Are you a relative? She was my 1st cousin 1x removed of the husband of 1st cousin(Lazenby family link). I noticed you have Derrick Jr as born in Holland but his passport application in the 1880's says New York and we(family) have his as being born in Rochester Monroe Co., New York.Waiting for another cousin to comfirm the Amanda thing and will let you know then on that! Stephen

I don't see a source reference for her middle name other than trees on Ancestry. I have removed the request for the middle name of "Rose". Thanks
