I did not create the memorial.
|Hunter Porter||John Clark Porter|
Hey, are you related to the John Clark Porter that you added? Born around 1850s. His father was also named John Clark Porter born in 1824. He is my 4th great grandpa.
|K Sanchez||info again, please|
We conversed a bit about two years ago. I am related to the Trices that are buried at Hunter's Chapel. You told me how your wife is related to me.
Could you please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org? My uncle saw something on an Allen/Trice memorial that he asked me about (since you had transferred the memorial to me).
Thank you, Kim

I have the same info regarding Mary's death and Henry J's second wife, with the exception of the possibility that the second wife being buried at Hunters Chapel.
I met a cousin of mine who was a great-grand-daughter of Henry J's who attended his funeral. She was only ten at the time but her memories seemed clear about the circumstances. She told me that the cemetery was near the church,so near that the casket was carried from the church to the grave. This seems to fit Hunters Chapel, but she was just as certain that the church was in Ulm. I only know of the one cemetery in Ulm which is quite a distance from town. She also said that the cemetery was small and in a wooded area. Do you know of any other cemeteries in the Ulm area that fit this description?
My goal, besides my personal interests, is to place a memorial marker, as Henry was a civil war soldier.
Thanks so very much for the help!

Thanks for your reply!
I'm not sure, and my records, his death certificate, are still in Washington State while I am in AR. Although my memory is not the greatest, I believe Turpin in Stuttgart handled his remains.

Henry J. Ideker was the husband of Mary K. Ideker, who you have posted as buried in the Hunters Chapel Cemetery. Henry J. was my Great-Grand-Father and I have quite a bit of information on him, but have never been able to find his grave. Do you know or think it is possible that Henry J. was buried at Hunter's Chapel?? He was living at Ulm, with his daughter Sallie Fricker, at the time of his death. His death certificate states that he was buried in the "Fisher" cemetery. Legend has it that at one time 1881-!900 there was a "Fricker Cemetery" Somewhere between Stuttgart and Ulm?
Any help including ideas would be appreciated.
