Are you a relative of the Thomas Family of William Anderson Thomas and Martha Lou Crawford of Martin Ga. They were my great grandparents on my father's side. Have seen some of the relatives with lineages posted back to Germany.
Russ, I can help you a little.
I have an obit from the local Mena Star, April 12, 1928

I added a photo of her gravestone and added photos of the two other markers in the same plot, her mother Mary Pettigrew and her husband Sloan Pettigrew. He is buried elsewhere but marker here as well.
Idelia was my grandfather's (John Cunningham Pettigrew) sister.
If you have any other information on this family I would appreciate hearing from you.

Thanks for the info on Orville's wife, Dorothy Farmer Walters. I found her in the census records but couldn't find anything else on her. I don't know where she was buried.

No thanks needed, glad I could help!
|David Mayo||May Thomas|
I fulfilled your photo request for Mary Thomas at McCoy Cemetery. I found and photographed May Thomas. I'm sure this is the correct name.
I found an old survey and the location is right as well. It appears to have been transcribed incorrectly to the web.
I also submitted an edit to correct the name.
