Yes, it certainly can create problems creating memorials when FAGs database lacks specific locations. It's odd, in a way --- for a site that deals fundamentally in historic places that in many instances are non-extant, one would think the site's managers would put more effort into including "ghost" locations into their database. It can't be that difficult --- stamp collectors, for example, have easy access to DPO (Dead Post Office) databases that could, it seems to me, be applied to Find A Grave use.

I'm assuming you are related to Dorothy through her father's line. She and my grandmother were maternal cousins. Years ago I exchanged several letters with her and found her to be a delightful correspondent with a thorough knowledge of her family's history. The French line is now almost extinct, with the exception of a single branch that emigrated to Canada more than a century ago.

Best wishes to you.

Your welcome, Gayle. I did not know about the first wife. I don't know if he had children with his first wife. Do you?

Colby Edrian Levesque
Dear Gayle, Thanks for the correction for Colby. But...Yvonne was my aunt and I am positive that they were married on 17 June 1960, and divorced on 19 Sept. 1968. They had three children together. The Family Search website also had the same dates.
God bless you, Sally

RE: John Ingraham
I have the date as November 26, 1863. If I am not mistaken, I got the date from the Superintendent's burial records, but you might want to call.
The office is open, subject to the Superintendent's schedule, Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, except Federal holidays. The office telephone number is 202-829-1829.

Quick question
Hi there! I have a question about how you found the information for Caroline (Royal) Lovejoy's grave. Did you see the site at which she is interred or does your information come from utilizing cemetery records? Sorry, I'm unfamiliar with the process and your record gave me some information that I've been looking for for quite a while now. :)

Thank you in advance,

Jessica

Hi,

Some of the Allen family are relatives of mine.
Jackson ALlen and Salome Bean are my 3rd Grt Grand parents. How are you related to that family?

Gayle
I have uploaded and made links to the Aprill family at Snohomish, GAR. I am in the process of uploading pictures of all of headstones at the GAR Cemetery. As I upload the pictures, I also add the "locations" of the headstone.
Many Blessings and Happy Holidays!
