St. Paul's UCC in Lionville, Chester, PA
St. Paul's is celebrating its 175th anniversary this year. We have a timeline in the church and are trying to put up as much interesting info as possible. I see that you have had both March and Sheneman findagrave memorials transferred to you so I am assuming you are related. Do you have, by any chance, pictures of John and Margaret Sheneman (22388696 & 22388697) that you could send me digital copies of? Many of the other March's and Sheneman's are also buried in our graveyard and I would be interested in adding a face to them. Please email me at nancy.greger@verizon.net.

RE: Burkhart photos at Plow Lutheran
You're welcome! By the way. The Burkhart stone is very close to that of the famous author, John Updike.

Let's do this. Give me the information that you want to change. Name: from & change to. I'll see what I can do. I might have misunderstood the directions. I can go to the office & speak to the secretary. Perhaps I can help you with the problem and it will be a learning experience for me. What documentation do you have as a reference for the change?

RE: Gethsemane cemetery Paul Christel
Sorry for taking so long to get back with you. I believe that I explained to you how the cemetery comes up with a date of birth of 1-1-1900, so I won't be redundant. Go to the cemetery web site, www.gethcem.com. Search for the name, last is sufficient. Click on the name of the person, (Elsie is at the top of the list), and it will take you to the obituary page. Fill in the form and put your request for changing the date of birth in the open square. The office staff here is very helpful and kind. They will honor your request. There shouldn't be any problem. Let me know if there is.

Re: Elsie I will ask about changing dates in their system, I do not know what their procedure is or if proof is required. I will let you know what I find out.

RE: Gethsemane cemetery Paul Christel
The information I gave you was from Gethsemane records. Some times they put in a generic birth date because they didn't have one at the time of input to the computer. The next time that I am at the cemetery office I will ask them to pull the record to check. I will get answer back to you. What date do you have? That might help.

RE: Gethsemane cemetery Paul Christel
Elsie Christel is buried next to Paul section D, Lot 251, grave 6. DOB 1-1-1900 DOD12-8-1997. Paul is in grave 5 on that lot. DOB 12-7-1900 DOD 6-21-1981.

Gethsemane is at www.gethcem.com It is an excellent web site and easy to search.

Catherine Hipple Hersh
You know, I am sure I saw Catherine Hipple Hersh, but rejected it as a similar name. (I hadn't registered in my mind seeing Hersh in the bio.). Check out the EVR memorial for Catherine Hipple Hersh and see if you think it's the same person. The dates on the memorial are different, I can go back and check on the 1888/1866 difference. Sandi
