I've had many corrections sent to me, I've updated memorials, and then someone else comes along and sends me different information for the same person. It is my goal to have accurate information on our ancestors so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do your research first and send me as much info as possible to back up your correction. Sadly, I don't have time to do all the research any more and will have to ignore some requests. Sending me a request as a "visitor" to findagrave will get your email deleted. Sign in to your account please. |
In the past several years I started getting interested in my family history. I started searching for graves, and stumbled upon this website. I love this site and am very dedicated to documenting all graves that I come across. I try to enter all the correct information that I have on these graves. It is very important to me that I have correct information on all of our ancestors. Please let me know if any of the information I have needs corrected or if there is anything I can do to help you find your family history. Click here to view the graves I have entered

Please send me updates or corrections via the suggestion link on a memorial. If I have posted your family members, let me know and I will be more than happy to transfer them to you (within guidelines).
You MUST ask my permission to use any of my photos.
I have had problems with my yahoo account sending my findagrave mail to my spam folder. I have set up filters to fix it. If you have sent me a request and I didn't answer or fix the memorial, PLEASE let me know by sending the request again or leaving a message below. Thanks

|Tom DeBerry||Bertie Conard #40660494|
Cami, it appears to me that Bertie Conard is the same person as the old cemetery records have for: Roberta Ham Conard, age 71. On ancestry.com I see that a Bertie Ham married Edward J. Conard.
|Tom DeBerry||Lis Ham #40660469|
Cami, I am going thru and adding lot numbers for the Armstrong Cemetery using old cemetery records. For your Lis Ham I believe the old cemetery records show U.S. Ham with a date of 11-16-1916. This date appears to be a burial date. On ancestry.com I find a Ulysses Simpson Grant Ham b. 1859 in KY and d. 11-13-1916 in Kickapoo, Leavenworth, KS. (His death in KS could explain why you didn't find him.) It shows his father as Thorton Willis Ham 1830-1888 and his mother Mary Ann Ingram 1830-1920 and his wife as Mary E. Weaver b. abt. 1859 and d. 1926.

Thanks, Cami, for all the hard work you do on find-a-grave memorials.
Memorial # 32071163 is not Louisa F. (Hatfield) Baird. Her maiden name was Martin.
Louisa Frances Hatfield "LuLu" was the daughter of Isom Hatfield and Nancy Wills. She is buried in Spring Hill Cemetery Danville, Vermilion, Illinois. Her memorial # 94878180.

Thank you for transferring Isaac Champion to me. I really appreciate it.

You were kind enough to transfer ownership of my Uncle to me and I thank you. There is a picture you posted to it in 2009 and it is blurry. (and you did mention it in your notes) Even though I own the memorial, it will not let me delete the photo you posted and will not let me request change via a link on the memorial; only lets me send a public message. There are 2 clear photos on there now.
Thank you. Please delete photo. I appreciate it.

Find A Grave Memorial# 23323915
I'm looking for any info on a Robert Earsel Atkinson. He served in the Navy during the WW II and Korean War and was in New York for a time around 1950, when my cousin was born Laurel Marie Atkinson she carries her fathers name but parents never married. She is looking for her family. Mother Eileen Helen Reeder of Queens, Brooklyn New York her birth certificate mentions the above name her mother told her some information. If any family related to this man can contact me please to verify. Thank you for any kindness you can offer in this matter.
|Evelyn Bishop||Joan Heter Atkinson|
her father was Lawrence Heter #3351660, her mother was Ruth Verna Zeiber Heter #124368084 - her father married Hazel Rustad after Ruth's death-Hazel was my great aunt, so I have been tracking all of the Rustad's and spouses.
