Marjorie, Looking at your memorial #17466546 for Walter Butts. Wondering are you kin to the Butts? My g-mother was part of Walter Butts family. Walter would have been my g-mother's nephew. Am looking for family members for info hopefully.

Hi, Marjorie. It's me again, and I read your message again. My tree is on Ancestry.com and the information about Alta is there. Alta was the sister of my great grandpa William "Bill" Bayles. She really is one of Louisa and Silas' kids. I have a picture of her and other Bayles that I got from the Bayles (since my grandma was a Bayles). Alta was the 7th child out of 9 born to Silas and Louisa. Who are your husband's parents? If your husband's mother was a Bayles I guess we're related, well, I guess we're related anyway because of the Crawfords. If I'm understanding you right - you're talking about Alta not being listed under Silas and Louisa as their child on my memorial - you would have to link them together first.
