I work at Illinois State University in Normal, IL. I had worked in the circus since I was 3. My parents, George & Lorriane Mather Valentine, had the Flying Valentinos flying trapeze act in the 30s and 40s.

Cherie, you are welcome. The plot loc was correct but noticed the name on stone said "EARLEY" and when I looked on Find A Grave there is an Emma Earley at same loc. Are they the same person?

That's "Mr. Zinc" in the photo & there's never a dull moment with that little guy around.
I contacted the office @ Springdale & Albert is buried in Legion Hill which is one of my favorite sections to walk through. Pending on the rain this week-end I will run out there in the morning & fill your photo request.
I will also retake photo's for Simon & Mattie!!!

Hi Cherie - You undoubtedly have discovered that Gary passed away and hopefully you have already contacted Find A Grave to have the memorial(s) transferred to your care. Until they distribute his memorials, I check his page periodically for new messages. He was always very prompt in doing the SAC's and responding to requests.
