I love genealogy my only wish is that my husband of 40 years had the same interest so that we could do this together. Second to that my daughter, Jana has picked up the interest and whenever possible she and I both work together, which is very rewarding. The old saying "two heads are better than one" is definately true. In Feb.2012 my husband had a stroke and with the care for him my time is limited for genealogy and entering memorials on findagrave. I still love finding time here and there to play around on the site. It is so rewarding to find a memorial of an ancestor, still finding new ones often, last one was as recent as 1/3/2013. As more members join and more memorials are entered I'm sure the rewards will continue...thanks to those who submit and manage memorials w/o you this site wouldn't grow.
This is a wonderful site for honoring passed loved ones. Hats off to the one who thought of this idea. Thank you for your hard work as well.

Thank you so much for what you do. I thought my great grandparents graves were unmarked or at least the stone so old. I don't know when or who erected the stone for them. He took some this morning but the front of the headstone faces west (surprisingly) and they were in the shadows, so he went back this afternoon and took the photos I uploaded for you. Hi, these three Miller children are my relatives in Wallace Cemetery, Limestone Co. AL. According to Bible Records i have, William was born in 1898,the memorial lists 1892. Would you mind taking a closer look at the photo and see if you don't agree? I would like for you to edit the date, if you don't mind. I know these stones are old and hard to read. I will forever be in your debt for posting these. I have actual photos of the graves that are not easy to read, but had no idea which cemetery they were in until i found your posts. Thank you so much for your time and effort. Maggie Holt Miller that is listed in this cemetery is their mother. She was my great-grandmother.
