|I was born in 1926. I started working on my family tree in 2000. I was learning what little I know about computers at the same time.Had never touched one until my children talked me into it in 1999 (Nov) For Christmas that year my Daughter and Son-in-law gave me the Family Tree Maker for Christmas.I had a few notes that I had writen down from my Mother. Luck would have it that I found her family in Kentucky with a lot of help from Doug Moore. At this time I am working on the families from around Allen, Adair Barren Metcalfe and Monroe County, Kentucky, Warren County, Tennessee, and Caswell County, North Carolina.Hagan, Crisp, Goodman, Garman and Roe in KY. Crisp, Warren, Anderson, Snipes, Masey and Henegar in Tennessee. Crisp, Warren, Cooper and many more in North Carolina.I Live in California. Seems that I have left the impression that I live in places where I am searching. I don't travel around anymore since 2005.Thanks to all who have posted memorials.|

I am new to findagrave and found Lydia B. Hughes' grave who is my great-great grandmother through marriage. Her husband Ben is my great-great grandfather. I see that you posted on her grave and wanted to say hello!
I made the links. Please check to make sure they're correct. I don't have pictures of the stones. Sorry.

|Tessa Pitcock||RE: Turner Goodall Pitcock|
I am related. Turner Goodall "Bud" Pitcock was my great great grandfather. This is one of the reasons I was so excited to find this website! :) There is a pretty neat little story about him that ended up in the Tompkinsville newspaper on April 23, 1893. Long story short, Bud ended up in a knife fight with a neighbor (Bud Brown) and they both ended up killing each other. Brown told Pitcock, "Bud, you have killed me". Physicians were sent for and everything that could have been done was but it wasn't enough. They both ended up dying on the same day just 7 hours apart.

Thank you so much for the transfer so I could add the hyperlink to her sister. If you decide you want her back just let me know. I'd be happy to do it :)

|Tammy Hall Shropshire||Emma Warren Edwards|
I linked Emma Warren Edwards to her spouse. Is this your family member? If so, I can transfer the memorial to you.
|Kay Ritter||Chesley Crisp & Sarah Warren|
Thank you Joy, for all the work you've done on our family history. Chesley Crisp & Sarah Warren are my third gr-grandparents. We traveled to Tennessee over 10 yrs. ago where we saw their graves. We've always wanted to go back to try & clean out the brambles enveloping their burial site but it's a job for younger backs.
