Hi Lieza I recreated a memorial for Homer Van Kirk by mistake. I am going to tranfer it to you because the one I created has the obit attached. I will transfer and maybe you could copy and paste the obit to your memorial or keep the one I transfer and delete yours I will leave it up to you. Kathi

Hello there - John and Christena Freds were my great x3 grandparents. I just helped my mom clean out some of her things and have information on John and Christena that I would like to update and take care of their sites, including connecting them to family. Can you transfer them over to me?

Thank you for your work on Sarah! I am so excited to have "found" her at long last and to know that she has living descendants.
Yes, I have been pursuing Josie for a long time, as I have several references to her in family letters. She was apparently quite popular among her McKown aunts. Josie taught school until she married. I know that her husband, Franklin G. Schlotter, was the pastor at Round HIll Church from 1900-1904 and that they subsequently spent quite some time in Bowling Green, OH. Their daughter Mary was born in 1906. I have a reference from the JW Lynch journals on the Elizabeth Marine Ways of attending Josie's funeral on 11 October 1933, but he neglected to mention where! The rest of her immediate family (parents and all 3 sisters) are buried in Round Hill Cemetery, but...
I'll email you my exact info.

I noticed that you are managing the memorial for Sarah McKown VanKirk in Round HIll Cemetery, Allegheny Co., PA. Her memorial number is 80505507.
I was wondering if you are related to her and if you could tell me for certain if this is the daughter of James and Amanda Bedell McKown, also buried in Round Hill Cemetery. James was my great-grand-uncle and I have been trying to track down his descendants. Had drawn a blank on what happened to Sarah until I was browsing today and "Bingo!", there she was! Just want to be sure it's the right gal before I ask you to link her to her parents. If you think it is, her Dad's memorial number is 70009612 and her mother's is 70010756.
Would love to hear from you!

I forgot you were also looking for Scott's I didnt check the list against find a grave but there are 47 including a revolutionary war soldier. I will include the 1st page of the transcript so you can see where the information came from. I don't know if it is available to the public it was given to me for photographing cemeteries. I know there was antother name you asked me about but I cant remember what it was. if you give me just a list of last names you think are there i will scan all those pages for you. It is nice to be able to pass on info to other people who dont have access to it. Kathi
