RE: E.B. and Beulah Johnson memorial
I made a note about the incorrect birth date on the marker. The Social Security Death Index shows birth date was 12-16-1896.

David F Loe-H E Loe
Hi Adam, I thought you might want to add a link from David Franklin Loe to his father; they are buried in the same cemetery. Hamilton Eugene Loe is memorial #101124873. ~Evey :-)

RE: Frank Meyers, Geraldine Meyers
Thank you for your kind words, Adam. I've forwarded your message on to Brother. He's a great correspondent, so I suspect he will send a response. ~Evey :-)

Frank Meyers, Geraldine Meyers
Adam, I know I said last message... but there's one more thing I wanted to mention. Did you ever notice that in the photos of the Meyers family, they are all dressed in black except two people. Those two are your Frank and my Geraldine, who are both in white... two peas in a pod! :-)

More from Loe family
Last message, I promise! There are many members of the Loe family buried close together in Mount Mariah Cemetery in Prescott. I would guess they are all your relatives. Here's a link to a list: . Good luck! Evey =)

RE: Meyers family
Hello, Yes! We are related to the same Frank Meyers. Your great grandfather is the reason that my grandmother and grandfather met. My grandmother, Geraldine, had gone to Prescott to visit her brother, Frank. While there, my grandfather, Henry, saw her walking on the street. He followed her home and asked Frank for permission to "court" her. Frank chaperoned visits from my grandfather for the next two weeks, and then my grandmother had to board the train to return to Wisconsin. A day later, my randfather sent a telegram asking her to return to marry him... and she did! They were married almost 50 years before my grandfather passed away, and to this day I can attest to the fact that they were the most loving and caring couple I have ever witnessed! It truly was "love at first sight" for them. I believe I can provide you with quite a bit of information about your family. After your great grandmother's death, Frank did remarry (in California). I even met him once at a large Meyers family reunion in Wisconsin when I was about twelve years old (geez, that was almost 40 years ago!). I have a few photos from the reunion, but I'm sure my mom has even more. That reunion was quite an experience for my brother and for me. My grandmother was the youngest of thirteen, and almost all of the other siblings had five or more children... many of whom stayed in Wisconsin. When we arrived at the reunion, there were over 200 family members there. Of course, they had an easy time remembering the names of the two new members, but we had a heck of a time trying to put names to all of them!!! We're also southern, and they were all northern... and there definitely was a bit of a communication gap to overcome. I loved that visit and truly wish that my family had been able to afford returning for future ones. I kept in contact with many relatives via snail mail for several more years, but somewhat lost touch once I went to college. My mother has kept up with just about everyone though. Please do post your photos. I would also appreciate if you could email them to me (EVEYBL at AOL.COM). I'll have to dig through my photos find some to scan and send to you. I used to have them all digitized, but I sustained hurricane damage a few years back that destroyed all of my digital media. Luckily, the hard copies of the photos were safe and sound in a different location. Thanks for the contact! Evey

Thank you!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a flower for my Aunt Nellie. Your kindness meant a lot to me. God bless.
