Bio Photo I am 71 widowed after 47 years of marriage. I have 4 children, two boys and two girls who are all married. I am the grandmother of 6 and great-grandmother of 5. I enjoy many hobbies, namely crocheting, crossword puzzles, sewing, quilting and making crafts. The last couple of years I have become involved in looking up 6 different family groups. Boy what a job, however very rewarding. In Sept. I will be attending the 101st Lake family reunion in Ocean City, NJ with my daughter.

You're very welcome and I am sorry about the damage to the headstone. I actually took that photo a couple of months ago, as I've been working on a backlog of photos from a couple of different cemeteries. Perhaps you could contact the church and ask that someone replace the headstone on the base. Maybe they're unaware that it has fallen off. Regards.

Dear Barb,

It is so wonderful to hear from you. I will always keep you in my heart for your thoughts and prayers when my Michael died. It has been 4 years this past November and my heart still aches terribly everyday for him. I have had health issues since Michael's death and sadly I don't know if I will be able to have more children. I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer when I was pregnant with him and just recently was diagnosed with Lupus and other Auto Immune disorders. It has just been a rough 4 years for me, but I have faith that God will see me through.

I am so sorry to hear about Doris's Son, I know the devastation that her Mother's heart feels. Its a loss like no other. My thoughts and prayers are with her and her family. I will visit her son's memorial page and leave a flower for him.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for setting up this memorial for me. It has been such a great place to visit my Michael in my heart and soul. I am sure when Doris is able to visit this site, she will be just as greatful as I. Because of you, many people who have suffered loss can find comfort here. My family now visits this site and they agree.

May God Bless you and keep you well!

With Love,

Karen (Archinal) Davie

Dear Barb,

I am not sure if you remember me, my name is Karen Davie,(Archinal) from RTIS. I don't work there any longer. I was just thinking of you. I am not sure if you still do Find a Grave, but I just wanted to thank you for starting the page for my little boy Michael. It has been over 2 years now since he passed, and I am grateful for this page. It helps to know that there are so many wonderful people out there dealing with grief and helping eachother get through it. I hope all is well with you!

Love Karen Davie
