I have been working on our family histories for about 6 years now and just now starting to push through some of my "brick" walls.
Some of the family names we are researching are:
Johnson, Beck, Mann, Fendley, Goss, Farmer, Allred, Patterson, Townsend, Moseley, Spence, Pigg, Kennedy
and
Passehl, Greskoviak, Auclair, Opp, Rekow, Kuehntopp or Kientop or Kuehn, Knopp, Klingbeil, Scoles, Doede
Just another fellow genealogist here that has found some of our ancestor's and want to make a contribution to their history and ours. | |

 | email saying you messaged me got an email saying you left me a message regarding spelling of my great grandmother's name in Tidwell Cemetery. My spelling is correct according to my great Uncle Love's SS-5. The gravemarker was put long after her death and is obviously the wrong spelling. Dorothy Duke Rhodes | | | B24CoPilotNiece
 | RE: Joe Rumsey Hi- you are welcome. Naw, I am not related. I am finishing up going through our list here in Cabarrus County for our WWII Honor Roll (WWII losses) and adding photos and info from our local book. I do know a Rumsey family living in the China Grove/Kannapolis area, and wondered if they are related. I can ask the next time I see them. Blessings- Jana

 | Henry Troy Farmer I was doing some family research on ancestry.com when I came across Henry Troy Farmer. Then I found his memorial on Findagrave.com. What I found on ancestry.com shows he was in the 1940 Census as an inmate in Midway, Baldwin, GA. His death record also came up as March 24, 1993 in Dekalb, GA. His death date on findagrave shows March 24, 1933. Would you please correct this to show the correct year. Thanks for your help.

 | Andrew Farmer Hi,
I wasn't able to change the county for Andrew Farmer's birthplace. Nelson is on the county line and is listed in Cherokee. If I change the county to Pickens, there is no listing of Nelson. | | | Anthony Clayton
