I live within a Mile of the "Macks Creek Cemetery, Camden County, Missouri", so if you know someone that is buried there, and i have not gotten to their grave yet, then email me and i will try to find them.

I am currently working on creating a plot map of all the internments at Macks Creek Cemetery. Once that is completed, all internments that do not have a picture will be marked as No Marker. Unfortunately there are a number of unmarked graves in MCC, Especially in Section A, also known as the old part of the Cemetery.

RE: Chalk vs Flour
I use sidewalk chalk which washes off with water. I haven't done stones in over a year.

If you look closely at this stone, it says she died in 1857, not 1859. 1857 is correct.

Regarding your photo request. In the old Richland County DAR Cemetery book there is a John Stoner A.S.R. 1775 listed. Also in the Rome Presbyterian Church Revolutionary War CemeterY is #37726371 with a picture. Thought you might want to look at it. I will be going back to Rome Presbyterian Rev War Cem soon to take another look. Donna dfryman3@gmail.com 47988009

Thank you so much for getting my Whitworth/Bonner headstone photos. They are readable, which is a huge plus.

Thank you, demon, for going the extra mile to get information. It always makes me sad that some folks never got tombstones or that they were poorly made or not cared for. One of my great great grandmothers only had a metal marker that rusted away. Fortunately, my second cousin had her name and dates engraved onto the tombstone of her husband.

Cheers,
Jacki

Hi! You posted a headstone photo of my Uncle Bills headstone in Parrack Grove Cemetery. My Aunt passed away in October 2013. I dont know how/when they go about filling in the date on an existing headstone, but could you keep an eye on it and post the new picture when it gets done? Thank you!

Sherry :)
