I got a reply to my photo request for this memorial, and they said the office had no record of her. I notice you don't have a date of death for her, and neither do I. You mention on her memorial that Thomas was her third husband. I have him as her husband, but as her only husband. Do you have proof that he was married twice before her marriage to Thomas? If so, could it be that she is buried under one of those names? Maybe she had children while married to one of them and her children decided to bury her under that name? I'm curious why you think she was buried her, if you don't have her date of death. Obviously, I have many questions about them. At this point I have not established a relationship to Thomas, but I would like to know if we hook up. Are you related to either of them? My mother was a Blackwell and was born and raised in Arkansas. Thank you for creating the memorial. If the burial location is truly unknown, maybe we should indicate such on the memorial. Sorry for so many questions. Hopefully you will have some input into the discussion. Have a great day. Jan
|luckysitsinback||nice work !|
here, and at rootsweb, too. appreciate your careful research; i'm grateful for clues to cracking a mystery in searching for a Hamblet who married a Brown, with children born in TN, one b AR 1850. the only slim connection is with the Elder family of Dinwiddie CO VA. (all i need is one good clue...)

Hi, I'm a cousin thru the Hutson side. I descend thru William Henry Hutson older brother of Edward Hutson who is John Hutson's father. If you come across any info or photos of the Hutson side, I'd appreciate the info? I work on the whole family.

If you click on Andrew C. Seybert's monument page - both wives are linked. I went to High School with two of their descendants - Randy & Nancy Seybert - they are both on Facebook - if you need to connect to further your search - I believe when their dad passed - the links were all updated last year. Let me know if I can further assist.

|David White||Descendant of Thomas P. Blackwell here|
Hello Deanna. Is Thomas P. Blackwell one of your ancestors? I am descended from Robert Blackwell and Katie Hester Vail. Do you know if anyone was Indian blood? I'm trying to verify someone, as my mother says a woman was full blooded Indian.
Any pics of the people or graves, homes, etc?
I'm livin in NYC and my mother grew up in Arkansas, as her father Sabesker Clark grew up from the Clark and Blackwell families there.
