Bio Photo In doing genealogy, I've gained a lot of respect for cemeteries. I really like Find A Grave because it helps to preserve them virtually. I've seen some pretty shameful things happen to them in reality. Some will never be recovered and for some people, a cemetery marker is the only evidence left in this world that they ever even existed.

RE: Find A Grave Memorial# 48170230
You are welcome for the information. I cannot take all the credit. I researched the cemetery and came up with much of that information that was printed in our newspaper years back.

I felt the information should be given to those with photo requests so they know to check the other cemetery.

Sad that some of the stones were dumped at Lebo Cemetery. It makes it very hard to sort out. At least now you have a new starting point.
Thanks, Pam

Wickenburg Cemetery
Beth, If you have other family members in the Wickenburg cemetery. I'd be happy to do transfers. I would rather a family member had ownership.

RE: Martin Family, esp. Reuben
Thank you for your kind and prompt reply, Beth! Genevieve has little, but like you, replied overnight. So nice.

Martin Family, esp. Reuben
Dear Beth,

I am helping a prospective member of Daughters of the American Revolution prove her lineage back to Reuben Martin, whose Find-A-Grave memorial you created.

The books mentioned there are useful but I am not certain the DAR will be happy with those as "proof". Do you have access to any birth or death records (wills, probate, land records, etc) for Reuben Martin, his son John Brady Martin, or his grandson Presley S. Martin?

If so I would hope you would not mind sharing with us.

Thank you for what you have done, and in advance for any aid you can give us.
