|My mom, dad, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. are all buried in St. Mary's Cemetery in Hanover Township/AKA Wilkes Barre, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. |
I currently live a stone's throw from the cemetary and am willing to take photos of your loved ones headstones. However, it is a VERY large place, so I will need a section to search in, e.g. A, B, New, West, etc. There is a map of most of the cemetary in the photo section.
I am unfortunately unable to help without this information. I am sorry.
I work during the day and cannot call the office to find the section or plot number, you will have to do that yourself.
Now that the weather is (finally) beginning to improve I'll be getting up there more often and I hope to add many of the requested photos!

Elena, thanks so much! My grandfather was born and raised in Forty Fort -- this is very much family - Researcher

Thank you so much for the fast response to my pic requests! It is enlightening to learn from the markers my ancestor's data…
Keep up the great work! Cheers!

Thank you SO much for taking and adding the photos for my aunt, uncle, and cousin, Mary, Edward, and Joseph Vergari. What a wonderful surprise!
I do have two photo requests in for St. Mary's Cemetery -- for my great-grandparents, George and Carmella Melfi. I added those requests on August 4th and there are many, many requests that are far older than mine... but next time you're at St. Mary's, if you find yourself near Plot 1/599 and 1/600, I'd be ever-so-grateful if you could snap an extra pic or two. :-)

Elena, words cannot express how grateful I am to you for taking the photos of the headstone for Joseph and Theresa Bruno (my grandparents) and the headstones for Walter, Amelia, and George Baran (my uncle, aunt, and cousin). Thank you, thank you, thank you!
