One Thing At Christmas We Always Like To Do...Is Send "God's Blessings" To Special Ones Like You. God Bless You With The Most Joyous Christmas Season. I Thank My God Upon Every Remembrance Of You.~Philippians 1:3 Ron & Jan

Dena, that is great. I'm always happy to learn about other animal lovers. There are so many people who harm animals and I hope a special place in hell is reserved for them. It's encouraging to hear that there are many animal lovers out there too. Bless you for helping our furry and feathered friends.

Hello Dena, you are very welcome. As an animal lover I can understand the bond between animals and their humans. Your Trent was lucky to have such a human as you. Thanks for leaving the beautiful Rose on my Rose's page.

Hi, Dena - I'm sorry that I am so late in answering this. I manage several groups on MySpace and a couple of them are quite large. It has been taking up a lot of whatever time I can sit at the computer (I have disabilities). I'm taking measures right now - adding co-moderators - so that i can start living all of these other parts of my life which I have been missing terribly. Find A Grave is actually one of my favorite online places.
No, I haven't made a memorial page for Blue Skies, nor any of my other pets - not yet. I'm actually in the middle of a terrible time of grieving. My male dog, Fripp, died in my arms one night - on the 19th of April. I never had any kids, plus I have been all but housebound for more than 5 years now. He and Maggie (my F dog) have been my constant companions, my service dogs, my soul mates, my children, pretty much. I'm STILL quite devastated by his death, despite the fact that he'd been sick for months on end and it was expected to happen at any time. I miss his being around me - CONSTANTLY - and I suffer from clinical depression, besides = so, you can just imagine the level of grief and loss. I feel like one must feel to lose their 13 1/2 year old son. Seriously.
I only wish that I had better pics of Blue and also of Fripp as a pup. Back then, it was my trusty old Minolta 35mm - good at that time, but as we all know, digital is awesome. I do have some digitals of Fripp, from when he was full grown, though.
I'd love to hear about your little friend, too. Feel free to write - you have my regular email address from my page on here, or if you want to be guaranteed to reach me even faster, you can find me on MySpace (I mean, isn't EVERYBODY there now?) haha

Wow - I am having some type of "interconnected web of life" thing here tonight, Dena. I just happened to refresh the RFK page, before moving on - and I noticed that you'd left a note after me. The reindeer icon was what I just changed from on my MySpace page. Then I checked out your memorial pages. I used to have a Blue-Fronted Amazon, too. Same deal - I rescued her from the people who had her, and I was heartbroken when I lost her. I had her for about 5 years. I'm not positive about what she died of, but she never was quite right and seemed to have some type of respiratory thing going on. When she died, I couldn't even bear the thought of putting such a beautiful creature, naturally high-flying, under the ground - so I built her a sort of above ground vault, out of light orange-colored bricks (one of those above ground things which are typical of low sea level areas, such as Louisianna. Yeah - I now run a fairly large group on MySpace, and I was just going to tell one of my friends there that I was thinking the exact same thing that she had written, then this happened...
Happy Holidays !
