Would you be able to go to the cemetery and get the full inscription on the headstone for George Reighley Memorial # 87686666? Cemetery is Hillside Cemetery in Chilton, Calumet, Wisconsin 2nd Addition to Breed 18.
I know there is another memorial out there for him by K. Pike. I tried blowing up the picture but am unable to read the whole inscription.

Garbled notes from an old pressed paper box. There's notes on the Gilmour family, some on the Longcor's and a William Bloyd whom I can't find anywhere. Marvin Beasley is another name in the box. The box came to me through a descendant of the Riffle family.

I have checked online to see if I could find that information for you. I couldn't find anything other than about headstones. I am going to a genealogy class tomorrow night and I will see what information I can find there. It is held at the library so if I get there early enough I can check their books that they have on our local cemeteries.
I just went to the cemetery and went from grave to grave and when I could see a piece sticking out of the ground I dug it up so I could read it. I am sure the library should have some information on it since it is in Adams County.
I will let you know what I find out.
Have a great day

I hope that I have the right person for you! While I was looking at the page again the other picture was taken off.
The history at the Kimmon's Cemetery is unbelievable and so well kept. There was a tree that blew down and broke a couple of headstones that I couldn't get to. I spent 3 days going there, taking a lot of pictures of headstones. I took a shovel with me to get the top layer of soil off of some of them to try and be able to read them. I am glad I was able to help you.
Janell, thank you so much for that beautiful picture.

Janell, I don't know anything about the Thills and did not see a connection on ancestry.com. The reason I did a photo request is that we have an Arnold Bergs age 56 that died Dec 10, 1895 on the St Joseph (FDL county) death register, it is one year off of what you photographed, but wonder if that is our guy in your cemetery. We have no stone for him. I did a 100% photographing of St Joe recently.
