I'm Nancy, someone that has finally found a past time that lets me exercise my love for walking amongst the headstones at the nearby cemeteries.|
It started with trying to locate my own ancestor's graves on a vacation in Maine and has grown to documenting the cemeteries near my home in SE Michigan and my vacation home in Weidman, MI. That I can help others view and/or locate their ancestors is an added bonus! Now when I have some free time, I search for a new cemetery to visit and perhaps photograph.
When I'm not wandering in cemeteries, I'm doing some form of needlecraft - sewing, embroidery and knitting, hence the name 'nannysneedles'. It's my loving tribute to my mother who taught me all things crafty and called me 'Nanny' as a pet name.
Contact me via the EDIT tab if you have changes to any of the memorials I have created. Also, I will gladly transfer management of any memorial to family members.
Be advised that I work a full-time job and volunteer for Find-A-Grave in my free time. Currently I have been working +++ hours of overtime, so I don't get to my Genealogy/Find-A-Grave activities nearly as often as in the past. Please be patient, I will respond to your emails/edits/requests as time permits.

Thank You for all the work you have done! I recently found Anna F. Tepley Hoffrichter's find a grave you put on the site. Some of the information is wrong. Charles Paul Hoffrichter 1921-1979 first wife was Anna Barbara Tepley born in 1901 and passed in 1937. Charles 2nd wife was Anna Frances born 1909-1985. You have the wrong Anna name listed on the site Memorial # 10707123. If you need more information please contact me.

Frank is the husband of my uncles sister-in-law. By a chance, did you create the memorial because you are a family member or are you recording headstones. Because if family, I would kike to get more information. Thank you.

Thank you so much. Your help is very much appreciated. Ann

The photo you put on the memorials when you did them is lovely. Could I talk you into putting them on the other memorials. My chances of coming that way to take pictures are very slim. Ann

I thank you for transferring the Earl and Betty Finch memorials that you had made to me. I will have to decide how to proceed as it is not considered in good taste to delete a transferred memorial. I assume by the transfer that you are not related. Thank you again. Ann

I wrote you at your private email and it is unresponsive. I am wondering of your relationship to my aunt and uncle. I had made their memorials nor realizing that you had made one previously. I was hoping that you would just give me yours so I could combine them and keep mine active. Unless you are related to them and me without my knowing. They are in Wayne Michigan. Ann
