RE: Permelia Cox
Thank you so very much! Census records show her as Permelia but this is definitely the right person so maybe the records were off or Emelia was a nickname that made its way onto the headstone.

I've transferred her memorial to your care, in the spirit demonstrated by some Find A Grave members who transferred distant family member memorials to me.

RE: Cox cem
You are most welcomed. I am starting a clean up of the little cemetery. Because it is in the middle of a field I can only work now and then after harvest. I hope that by next spring it will be much better. If you want pictures of what the whole thing looks like use my regular email:
brownmandi0911@yahoo.com

Make sure you put Cox Cemetery in the subject line otherwise it goes into the trash and I never see it.

RE: Upper Davis Cemetery, Phelps Co, MO
Hi Pat: I want to make a statment. The [Upper] Davis cemetery was originally setup on Find A Grave as Davis. It was always the Upper Davis Cemetery - this can be verified by the Phelps Co Genealogy Society. There was some confusion sometime back when a member decided to setup the "Spencer" cemetery with same memorials as was in the Davis Cemetery. In order to clear up any misunderstanding, Find A Grave just renamed the "Davis" as Upper Davis and stated it was same as Spencer. This caused at least 83 duplicate memorials. No memorials was transferred originally to make it the Upper Davis. They were always there. I am sorry for the confusion. I have relatives buried there, and as far back as I know, this Cemetery has either been called the Upper Davis or Spencer Cemetery. If any questions, you may email me at blackw@fidnet.com. Wanda

William and Mattie Dum
Pat I see that you manage the memorials for William H (26920020) and Mattie (26920092) Dum. Are you related?

They are my great-great grandparents on my mother's father's side of the family.

Isaac Cox, Nodaway Co MO
Upon reading the bio for Isaac Cox, I noticed the following: "Funeral services were held Satur-
day, after which the remains were laid away in White Cloud cemetery." But he is listed in Cox Cemetery which is not White Cloud. Cox is located
Longitude 40.283339 Latitude -94.892379

White Cloud Cemetery is located
Longitude 40.254 Latitude -94.914

They are relatively close but not that close for the cemeteries to be mixed up. Could you please double check any records you have. I am looking for additional verification as to the burial location as well.

Thanks Mandi

Myrtle Crawford
Pat - I found Myrtle Crawford Satterlee Pearson today. she's actually buried, unmarked, next to husband and son George. Added a memorial & linked the two, but not George Jr.

Gilbert Graham
Hi there. You wrote:

"Hi, if you wouldn't mind would like it if you would transfer Gilbert over to me since he is a relative of mine, would appreciate it very much, thank you for your hard work."

I have no problem transferring him ... would like to share information as he is my 1st cousin 4x removed. He married a Clymer which is in my direct line.

I would also like to know if you would allow me to put his photo in my Ancestry.com file. I have absolutely no interest in publishing anything and I always try to give credit to the person who took the photo. I just use Ancestry to keep all my information on Ancestry to keep it all in one place.
