I love visiting cemeteries. I know it sounds a bit morbid, but there is a peace there that is hard to find elsewhere. I love photography and the thrill of finding a bit of information about a long lost relative, that is why I have added (and will continue to add) cemetery photos.
I am related (in some way, sometimes remote) to many of the decedents I have submitted, and would love to provide whatever information I have to those interested. Also, I would be more than happy to go to any local cemetery to find information and take photos for anyone interested.
I WILL NOT transfer graves so please don't ask. I would, however, be more than willing to add information and link graves to other relatives. | |

hello...How great to find that our (5 ! )Tennys who changed their surname spelling to TANNEY..have been so nicely memorialized. Thank you for such a nice site...The photos of the headstones are also helpful. I sent you a personal email from the public library in Oct, since I do not have a home computer at this time. I have not recieved a reply, so thought I would try this forum.
Mel Hughes was my biological father & I saw the other Hughes graves you photographed that included my great uncle, Charles Plau. I could not find anything for my Granmother, Hattie Plau Hughes. I remember someone notifying my other Grandmother when she died in Jan 1976 & that she had been in a nursing home & had a leg amputated.
I can find no record of her burial & I am feeling very sad that she may have not had anyone there to give her a proper burial.
Are you related to me? I would apprciate any information you could share with me. I have no close family left.
