Thanks for the info. Much appreciated. I understand your confusion on all the paper work..I really don't understand that much myself. RE: William Andrew Busteed
I would love to have that information...I do not have a lot on his side of the family..The story on Billy's death: There was a deep hole in front of Aunt Bea and Uncle Don's home. It had been drilled by the county for some reason and never filled in. It was very deep but not all that big around, but was enough for Billy, who feel into that hole, face first, Uncle Don jumped in to try and save him, no one could really figure out how Uncle Don was able to get in there himself. The hole was about half full of water and before Uncle could get him out he was dead. Please let me know how I can obtain the information you have on that side of the family. I would be glad to pay you for it or you can send the info directly to me via email to macdonellnancy@hotmail.com..thank you Nancy

Hi, there...someone fulfilled the photo request for Harriet. It looks like you were absolutely right, but I can't tell if it's 1822 or 1823 in the photo. See what you think and let me know. I tried to find her grave yesterday, but the rains made looking impossible. I'll be back there next week and will try again to see the stone for myself. Thanks again for the heads up!

I have just requested a photo be taken, if I cannot get to her within the next few weeks. Maybe that will solve the mystery sooner. I try not to judge women marrying younger men since my own grandmother married her second husband, 17 years her senior, lol!

I would bet dollars to donuts that you are right about the birthdate being 1820's. I got this info off a transcription, so it would not surprise me that this is off by 10 years or so. Please let me know if you find out anything and I will start digging too.
