|Bio and Links|
We have a free genealogy website specializing in Missouri and Kansas records, especially cemetery transcriptions as well as marriage records, census transcriptions, biographies and obituaries. We try to add our transcriptions to Find A Grave as time permits, but we have thousands more than we have listed at this point. If you have info to add to a listing, please contact me, I am always happy to update the listings even if it takes me a bit to get caught up. If you are contacting me to request a whole group of listings transferred to you, I am probably going to delete it. I am more than happy to transfer a couple of listings to a direct family member, but someone who requests "everyone with that surname" is just abusing the system. Thanks!|

Thank you for making the edits.

Johnna, I came across a memorial I made for Corah Belle Batson, #17162109 which is a duplicate of one you made for B. Batson, #8936896 two years earlier. I did not realize at the time it was a duplicate.
Since then the one I made has a lot of additional information and links. The easiest solution I assume would be for me to switch my memorial to you and then you delete the one you made.
I will not wait for your response because of course you can do what you think best.
Harold & Wanda

Yes, I believe Ron Scott, the creator of the earlier memorial is a relative.
You gave me a bit of information that I didn't realize before. I already have a picture of John's side of the stone, but didn't realize it was the same stone for Eliza and Sarah Jane until you told me and I compared the two pictures. According to my records Sarah died when she was a teenager. I guess that's why she is buried with Mom and Dad. They lost several members of their family during a TB epidemic, maybe she was one of them.
If you get a chance, would you mind taking a picture of Sarah's side of the stone?
Thank you so much,

Thank you for the photo of Eliza's grave marker. I see you placed it on both memorials. I've let Lyle and Marsha know that theirs is a duplicate and hopefully they will remove it.
Thanks for all the great work you do!

Are you sure that the birth year is 1817. Could it be 1847?
Do you recall what your information is based on? A photograph? Cemetery records? Someone's transcription?
