I don't care about my 'number' - I only care about our ancestors getting the proper recognition they deserve! If this is your relative claim them! HOWEVER! If mine has more info than yours does, I will not delete the one I created. |
In some cases I have gone to great lengths to add info such as Census data, middle names, putting together parents with their children, spending valuable TIME and effort into my research, etc. Please do the same and recognize them!
Feel free to post on Ancestry but please give credit where credit is due.

|Twist||Nathan Rosen v. Nathan Rose|
Hi. You asked that I change this memorial from Nathan Rosen to Nathan Rose. I checked several sources, including the Soc. Sec. Death Index and the cemetery record and his name is entered correctly. This is Nathan I. Rosen who died in Florida in 1993.

Would you like to manage the Giddings' memorials that I just linked, in the South Lyon Cemetery, per your request?
No problem. Glad I could get the photo for you.

Thank you so much for the transfers. Not really sure who carved the stones but am in touch with some distant relatives who may have know the tale. Both Josephine and her son, John Gilbert Martin lived where Jewell and 26 mile meet so they were pretty much buried in their back yards.
I am a relative of Grandma Martin whose name was Josephine (Socia) Martin. I have approximate death and birth dates for her. Next to her is her granddaughter, Mary (Martin) Pelka and on the other side of Mary is Josephine's son and Mary's father, John Gilbert Martin. I am also trying to get a hold of a picture of Josephine at her 100th birthday party which I would be more than happy to forward to you to put on the memorial. Thank you for remembering Josephine.

This view is being placed on ALL memorials, and it impedes me from fulfilling requests for photos of markers because Unsponsored memorials can only have 3. Please, please remove it. It does not match the location of the markers of the memorials where you post the photo. I have made this request before, we are a community of volunteers who help each other...
Thanks for pointing out they tranfered G..Grandparents Jacob and Libby Fox to me.
Thanks for pointing them out. I've been looking for them for a very long time.
