Lt. William Berryhill

Thanks so much for photographing and recording the epitaph that is on the tombstone for Lt. William Berryhill. It is a beautiful epitaph of a Revolutionary War solidier and if you had not recorded it, it would have been lost to time. Thanks ever so much for your efforts.

Gladys Lingle Melton
Dear Gary,

Thank you so much for your hard work in documenting these family members last resting place on this earth. I appreciate all your hard work. I noticed you had put a picture on Gladys Melton's Memorial# 32472633 a picture that also included her husband and mother-in-law. Is there any way you could set up a memorial for Richard Woods and Ellen Caton Melton? Ellen is the 1st wife of Richard Woods, who is buried at Forest Lawn with his 2nd wife and very little is known about his 1st wife. It would be wonderful to have a memorial for her. Please let me know if I can help in any way.
Thanks again,
McLeansville, NC

Hi Gary,
I had a question about the Berryhill memorials you added to

Did you, by any chance, transcribe them? The etching is so faint.

I've checked with York for a couple of years now and Ann has been the best. We are focusing on the KIA/MIA & died of wounds received. There are only three out of Meck. left to locate and 26 total for NC out of 1755. York told me they have several brass plaques in srorage because of the metal theives. Tom
