You list Summit, NJ as his place of death which is incorrect. He died at Morristown Medical Center (which at the time of his death was called Morristown Memorial Hospital) in Morristown, NJ. Morristown is about 10 miles from Summit. I happen to live in Morristown and was here when he died. | | | macw
