When I was a little girl, my parents would drive through the local cemeteries on a Sunday, for something to do. (no tv then). We would look at the markers and the names and try to think about who that person was and what their life was like. If it was a child's grave, we would always feel sad. My little granddaughter likes cemeteries, too, so maybe it is in the genes. :)|

Hi, Eleanor. Good to hear from you. I am quite doubtful really that Samuel is buried at this family cemetery. I made note on the memorial that the news article said that he was buried on the Earlywine farm so I feel confident there is a connection but since all other known burials there are Earlywines he just might be. Hopefully you might find some evidence - and like you say - there are no headstones posted.
Good to hear from you.

Could you please attach his other sibling, Guy Leonard Charlton Find A Grave#18978489 who is buried in the same cemetery as their parents Uncle Ike & Aunt Martha Clark Charlton. Thank You

Eleanor, you are very welcome! There is another name on the other side of William's stone. It is very difficult to see, but I think is say Jennie wife of W. Cunningham, the dates are hard to see. I wasn't sure if this was another wife or is it Lucretta. Carla :)

You are welcome.

You know that is a great past time - I always enjoyed going w/ my grandparents to a Beeler Station Cemetery (which we kinda called it a family cemetery - since there is so many relatives buried there). Anyway, that is not the reason why I am contacting you. My Great-Grandmother Ollie Edith Lilley (1916-1993) was an Efaw, and I was curious if you have anymore info on this particular individual.
