I have been doing genealogy since 1998. I really enjoy it and like going through old cemeteries. I now live in Central Florida and would be happy to do lookups for anyone.|
I will transfer any interments as long as they are related. Anyone can use any pictures I have posted for their own use.

Could be. This is not my direct family line, I just noticed the information and the wife's name and made a bad assumption apparently. No worries - thanks for responding.

|Roy Fisher||Lee M. Girton dates|
You have the dates of B.F. Girton and E.A. Girton's son Lee as April 9, 1829 which is impossible since the father B.F. Girton was born in 1834. I believe the date of death is probably April 9, 1869.
Thanks for checking on this.
|Robert Hess||Charles & Nathan Hess Transfers|
Leonard, thank you so much for transferring Charles and Nathan Hess Sons of Joseph Hess 1810-1883 and Margaret E Hess 1808-1870. It was a real challenge to find or identify the children of Joseph & Margaret. This Joseph was twice married, First to Margaret E. Hess and 2nd to Catherine Hummel, widow of Mr. Good. So many people who have ancestry trees have mistaken this Joseph Hess, son of Johann Conrad Hess and Susannah Barnett for the other Joseph Hess 1812-1882, son of Jacob Hess 1778-1855 and Maria Knorr 1781-1840 who was twice married, first to Maria Billheimer and then Elizabeth Hill. Without your help through findagrave.com I would never have been able to find many of my ancestors. Thank you so much.
|KBuron||Clarence Black, Mary L Black|
I was going through a small box of items that I purchased at an auction (around 1993-1996), when I was living in the Hershey Pa area. I believe it was from a Myrtle or Minnie Shutt estate (or her family). I found a report card for a Clarence Black dated 1917-1918 at Mt Fairview school. It is signed by Mary L Black, who I am assuming is his mother. I also have a few old postcards (which is why I purchased the box) addressed to Mr John B Black, Clarence Black and Mary Black with a Newport Pa address. If these items belong to your family, I would love to send them back to a family member that may have an interest in keeping them. Please let me know if you can help.
