The graves I have submitted, started out as those for various branches of my or my husband's ancestors and family members. I also included those "shirt tail" relatives, and their families. The pictures of their graves were taken 2001- 2013. My main areas to photograph are in NW AR, SW MO & NE OK. I have also added memorials for people that I have obituaries and burial locations for, as well as taking photographs of graves when I visit cemeteries, to hopefully help others researching their families. I photograph entire cemeteries for the Arkansas Gravestones Project, and all of my photos are posted at http://www.arkansasgravestones.org
**IMPORTANT: I am also able to add information to the memorials placed by deceased FAG member, Phil Smiley, so contact me via my e-mail for any information you may have to add to his memorials. However, FAG does not allow me to transfer any of his memorials. You will have to contact them for transfers of Phil's memorials. | |

 | Mabel Hare Berndt Hi,
Thank you so very much for the information. She was my husband's aunt. We must have gotten the wrong dates from her brother, my husband's father, who is now deceased.

 | RE: Ike and Caldonia Scott Wow again Wilma! Your organization is incredible and I thank you for your work from the bottom of my heart. My father, grandparents and great grandparents came of large very loving families and I heard stories all my life about about my kinfolks. Part of growing up was taking flowers to the cemetery and as children climbing around the headstones with a great deal of familiarity. I know my grandmother remarked many times that she would love to visit the gravesites of her father, aunts and uncles but once she moved to California and with less and less frequent returns to Arkansas it weighed on her that those visits were all in the past. I think you must know what it means to me to have the opportunity to see the gravesites of my ancestors.Added by Upatree on Mar 04, 2013 8:26 PM | | | Upatree
 | Ike and Caldonia Scott Wilma, Wow!!! Thanks so much for taking the photos of my great Aunt and Uncles headstones. I think I just made this request yesterday so I am baffled. Either you live next door to the cemetery, you have all the headstone photos for this cemetery loaded to your computer or you made a very special trip just for me. Whatever your means to achieve supplying me with photo I am impressed, humbled and very thankful. The Find A Grave volunteers our Angels helping families reunited at the gravesites of their ancestors. My mom loved her Aunt Cali and Uncle Ike. I never thought I would have an opportunity to visit their gravesite. Thanks again, Mary NealAdded by Upatree on Mar 04, 2013 10:36 AM | | | Beverly Joe Vaughn
