------------From Find-A-Grave------------------ No, sorry. Our policy (found in the FAQ section) still states that newspaper article/obit images are not to be used as photographs in the photo section of memorials. Those are more suitable for an Ancestry.com family tree page. On Find a Grave, the photo section is reserved for photos of the person's grave, and, if owned and available, a portrait of the person. Any photo found and copied from the internet should never be used. Simply asking permission from the source of the photo is not enough. Find a Grave would need to be contacted directly by the copyright holder, supplying written permission for each desired photograph. In other words, if you do not personally own the image, do not post it. Leave the photo area blank so that someone who does have legitimate photos can use it. Thank you, AJ Curator of Archives, Find a Grave
