Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been researching my family tree for about about 38 years. I started when my aunt on my mom's side asked me to help her research her side of the family. I have been researching my father's side since about 1992 to present. I was able to go to all the cemeteries in Clackamas, Washington and Yamhill Counties, because i was able to drive. Because of health issues i had to turn in my license, and now I relay on my mom and sister to be taken to these places. I'm hoping to get a new camera soon and with mom and sister's help I can go back to going to the cemeteries again. I wish I had good relatives I know in Ohio to visit a couple of cemeteries for me oh well.

Hi, PJ,

Thanks for the death certificate. It made it possible to fill out more of the memorial, so that perhaps her family can find her in the future. Poor young lady, to die so young.

RE: 51890492 Marion Palmer Hunter
That is would be great, as I am stumped! Do you want access to my tree so you can see my census records, etc?

RE: 51890492 Marion Palmer Hunter
You are awesome for posting her death certificate, thanks so much! Now I'm thoroughly confused, as Marion's parents' names and daughter's name (the informant) is correct, but my records show that both parents were born in New York, and Marion in Michigan. This is totally different than the death certificate. Their names are not extremely unusual, but not common, either. What to do??

pictoral history of st patrick
I borrowed it from a distant relative from the but I scanned a lot of it in before I mailed it back. You may be able to contact the Minster Historical Society to see what they suggest. Minster's historical society also has a great online database of historical newspapers. If you have a specific family or kind of info that you would like from the book I can see if I still have it on my computer and email it to you if I have it.

Maple Grove Cemetery
Hi PJ,

Thanks for the note.
I was able to confirm thru that Hezekiah and Mary Ann Pixley had a son Lewis who was born in Hudson on 4-14-1872 and died on 3-31-1953.
To verify your DC burial info I suggest that you directly contact the Maple Grove Cemetery office at the Hudson City Clerk's office.Their mailing address is 121 N Church St,Hudson Michigan 49247-1011.The Clerk's email address is and their phone number is 517-448-8983.
If your relative is buried at Maple Grove the cemetery office should confirm it,give you grave location info, and "perhaps" supply additional family info from the individual cemetery burial cards.
With this info you should hopefully be able to confirm place of burial and set up a Find A Grave memorial for your relative.

Good luck with your continued research.
