|I have lived in the Richmond VA area all my life. My interest in genealogy began decades ago when I paged, reverently, through my grandmother's family Bible. Between college and my first job (about 35 years ago), I spent many hours taking notes while talking with relatives. The internet has taken me many places where I have connected with and met many relatives and discovered numerous others. What fun I've had along the way---along with a few surprises!|
Some family names I am researching:
Father: ROLLINS, WHITE, OVERTON, RUSSELL, BRAGG, SHACKELTON, BASS, CARTER, HUDSON, GORDON, OSBORNE.
Mother: FEENEY, COOPER, GERRATY, EVANS, WALLACE, WALSH, PETTERSON, BUCKNER, SCHWAB.
Some of my husband's family names: PETERSON, LOYST, RED(D)ICK, KUHN, ANDERSON (ANDREAS), JOHNSON (JORGENSON), GUNNESON, TOBIAS, DeVISSER, CLAREMONT/CLAIRMONT.

Thanks you for your offer, but I am not related to the Strish Family.

Hello there. Thanks for letting me know. Strange though, those other names where not there before. I added this cemetery just last year (2014) and yet those other memorials are dated 2012. Very strange, lol. My images were the only ones that were there originally. There were no other contributors to that cemetery.
I did find other duplicates so rather than make a fuss, I'm just going to add my images to the other contributor's memorial, easy peasy, lol. :)

I worked on the Hasburgh family tree since my wife is a Hasburgh. Where exactly I got the date I can't tell you for sure. I might have gotten it from the Staker Wallace book which I assume you have. She was born and raised around Highland where she married her husband. I don't know what else I can tell you, I guess you need to ask the questions and I will tell you what I can.

I got his birth date from the 1900 census & deat date from his burial card.
FYI - His father's memorial has a complete list of the children & their birth/death dates.

I truly appreciate this. I did some further work with the National Archives for William Archibald, and sent you the link via e-mail.

You're welcome, Bobbi. I'm glad that Eunice's memorial is in good hands.
