I've been an active genealogist for 30+ years. I'm currently researching the surnames Lunsford, Linville, Norris, Ferguson, Meador, Cole, Williams, Tully, Byrn, Greenhaw, Yates, and Morelock.
I'm an avid cemetery transcriptionist simply because I believe everyone deserves to be remembered.
I don't post graves simply for the number of memorials I can stack up. I strive for accuracy, and in particular, finding unmarked graves. If someone is related to any of these memorials, just let me know. I will gladly transfer your family members.

|Karen_L||How to link a member id|
Hi, I figured out how to link a member id. (These instructions are adapted from the FAQ on how to link a memorial)
In the biography, you would need to type
< a href="http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=mr&MRid=XXXXXXX">Name< /a>
where XXXXXXX is the MRid number of the member you want to link. The MRid is a unique id for each member and as such is the only thing within the entire URL that must be included. The "Name" is what will show up on the screen as a link.
You will need to remove the space between < and a at the beginning as well as the space between the < and / at the end. The spaces were added here to actually show you the code.

I'm not surprised. I don't know what any of the other siblings got written on theirs. Isom left the family when Homer Earl was little and from what I understand he wasn't much brought up again. My grandpa was Homer Earl's brother Joe, and he didn't remember much about their dad at all. Thanks

The website is called Find A Grave for a reason. Ted Spears is the name on the tombstone and the name in the obituary.

|PENN||Madie Darby (FAG# 119046049)|
Hello, I received a request from you to link Madie Darby (Find A Grave# 119046049) with Mother,
Mary H. Sanders (Find A Grave# 30085742)
I added the memorial in question from an obituary in our local newspaper and have attempted to link her known family. Per the obit, her parents were: Arthur VanBuren Howe and Mary Sevilla Williams. Did her mother remarry a Sanders? If so, who was he? The reason for the questions is that this cemetery is full of family and I have a special affinity for this place and hope to be able to link all the family together. If you are family and would like to have domain over this memorial please let me know and I will transfer.
Madie Ellen Darby, 92, died Tuesday, May 13, 2008, at Golden Living Center in Batesville. Services are today at 2 p.m. at Willow Springs Assembly of God Church. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery. Dickins Funeral Home has charge. Darby was born Nov. 22, 1915, to the late Arthur VanBuren Howe and Mary Sevilla Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Lee Darby; one son, Carrolls Darby and one daughter, Ellen Maxine Darby. Survivors include: one son, Arnold Darby of Southaven; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren

That is fine. I think in order to link to a contributor, you would use the code ms&MSid=##### for contributor number rather than gr&GRid=##### for the memorial number. I could not find explicit instructions for linking to contributor in the Help section but it is similar to linking to a memorial but with a different code.

Hi...you accidentally linked to memorial 49007349 instead of contributor 49007349.
