Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been doing my genealogy line for over 10 years. I have found many long lost relatives. Some very nice people. I was told about this site and fell in love with it. I am currently taking information out of the The Lawton Constitution Paper Web Site for Obituaries, web sites address is I am also going to a local cemetary whenever I can and taking down the information and putting it on this web site. I hope that one day it will help others looking for some of their family members. We are not able to go visit my grandparents graves like I would like to. So I am able to come here and leave flowers for them. And to keep their memories alive with our younger members of the family we will go there together and read the messages and leave flowers. The kids love to do this and it is our time to share stories of days gone past. I feel the past is a very importent part of us. If I have entered any information wrong please let me know and I will change it. I try to be very carefully when entering information. If you would like to enter a picture please send it to me and I will add it for you. This is my little way of keeping these people memories alive. I look at each of these graves and wonder about their lives when they were alive. So if you have found any of your family on this site please put a special memory of yours of that person on their page by leaving them a flower and note. The graves that I have left a note that says Debbie, these are my family members. Some of the last names are, Stone, Hathaway, Bartlett, Bond, Bowen, Davis, Jumper, Lovejoy, Kiernam, Cozart, Duncan, Hall, Holmes, Murtaugh, Stewart and many more extended names. I would love to share what I have on them.

Hi Debbie. I am Paul Fifes daughter and saw where you left a virtual flower on his grave. Was wondering how are you connected to him?

Photos on your Memorials:
Debra, FYI! I have posted several marker photos on memorials that you have created at Sunset Memorial Garden cemetery, here near Lawton, Okla.

Doreta Mae Powers Lawrence Gooday

Doreta Gooday was my mother-in-law. Was wondering if you would consider transferring this memorial to me. I have the original obituary that was read at her funeral that has more information than the newspaper article. Her and her husband had 17 children and I would like to link them and add photos.

Thank You,
Donna J. and Lacy D.

Bartlett, James Alfred
I am leaving you this message because you list Bartlett in your family history. Your memorial #7467915 is also listed under #73434633 created 7/16/2011 by Linda Ellis Farrington. I posted pictures to both James and Flora's memorials. Your memorial refers to spouse and children but does not link them on the website, the other links them as spouse. If they are related to you, you may want to request transfer of her memorial to you, and then you can delete the duplicate. Could not message you thru email, do not have account.

RE: David Pierce Duncan
David Pierce Duncan and Mary S. Howard are my 2nd g-grandparents. Their son Melvin Pierce Duncan is my g-grandfather, he married Cora Lee Hicks, their oldest child Eula (twin) is my grandmother. The information I have, is the parents of Smiley Duncan are George S. Duncan and Dorcus Buster the parents of Mary "Polly"
Lair are William Bradford Lair and Elizabeth "Betsy"
Burke. Much of the original information I have was shared with me by Don Duncan. My Aunt shared the photo of Melvin Pierce Duncan with me.

Re: Rev Robert L. James
I am the granddaughter of Junnie M. James buried in the Thalia Cemetery. In looking up my grandmother I found two records: one with a pic of the gravestone one without. Both records have her death date as 1968 but the one with the pic of the gravestone shows the correct death date of June 10, 1969. Her husband is (Rev Robert L. James) is also buried in in the Thalia Cemetery (Plot 45). Could you look into this for me?
