Insurance Agent and Real Estate Agent by Vocation. Artist by Avocation. (No money in art 'til you are famous and all the famous artists I know of are deceased. Do not wish do make that accomplishment just yet.) Enjoy people, places and life. Feel it is important to remember our roots. Family Memories are important for those that are left behind. I am a bit of mischief. For example I like the idea of smiling to make people feel more at ease and those that do not understand a smile, I leave them wondering what I might be up to. Mother of two daughters and three grand-daughters and a true splinter under the fingernail to a loving husband. I enjoy my church, art guilds, community and friends. My friends aren't just those that are in my daily life but also those that help me experience and share life. |
My Maternal line is McCullar/ Fuller/ Atwood
My Paternal line is Weatherly/Jackson.
My husbands Maternal line is Montgomery/Littlejohn
My husbands Paternal line is Butler/Davis

I'm looking for any descendant of Sarah who can fill in some missing information.
Looking for a date/place of marriage,
and the name of her parents and where they lived.
Sarah's Father-in-law, Thomas Blount Littlejohn, is my G-G-G Grandfather:
Hope you can shed some light on this "mystery" woman.

|betty byram||William J Atwood|
Wm J Atwood born 1857 and died between 1890-1900. He married Lucy Ann Richeson abt 1879 in Franklin Co, AL.(she is Great Grandfather's sister). They were on 1889 Census for Franklin Co,AL and she as a widow 1900. I cannot find anything on the parents or children after that. I don't have or maintain memorials(and never will) If you have any info or could offer any suggestions I would sincerely appreciate it
|James Davis||Moses Davis Inquiry|
Hello and Good Evening Hedy Butler.
Yes, I do have information on Moses Davis, but before I volunteer it, I would like to know a few things; firstly, is it possibly for you to contact me using a direct email address? If you can do this, we can chat, meanwhile I am very limited on what I say.
Thank You for you interest, Have a pleasant evening.
|Sammy Garner||Mt. Pleasant Cemetery|
Just finished photographing Mt. Pleasant and adding them to Find A Grave if you would like to check them out.
|W. Estrada||RE: siblings of Bobby Henderson|
I would gladly connect them, but they are not all mine. I can't make the changes to the ones that aren't in my name. I'm so sorry.
|Deb||RE: Are you still active?|
Hedy, it has been so long now that I don't recall what it was, but by now I'm sure I had Find A Grave staff tend to the matter whatever it was.
Certainly hope your health continues to better itself. Glad to know you are ok.

You are to be commended on the work you and others do helping others in gathering genealogy data. Findagrave is one of the best resources. I worked on compiling cemetery data for Oconee Co., GA about 20 years ago. I have two possible corrections on note for John Butler's tombstone:
He probably was born in that part of Greene Co.,GA which later became Hancock Co. which was formed in 1793 from Greene and Washington Counties.
Also his wife Gincey/Jincy Heard/Hurd was probably born in GA where William Aaron Butler and the Heards came from- Greene,Clarke, Oglethorpe, Wilkes etc. John and Gincey were married 28 Oct 1808 in Clarke Co.,GA. I don't have the exact Marriage Book and page number, but the marriage can be verified on ancestry.com.
Be interested in knowing whether your husband is from this line or another.
Thank you for the updates!

|family genealogy||Green family|
Hedy if you are a descendant of Nannie Louise Green--we are distant cousins. Her sister was my great great grandmother----Susan Ann Green spouse of James F. Donham. Nannie was the youngest child born to Edmond and Elizabeth (uln) Green. If you have any records on the Green family, I would love to hear from you. Barbara Brown
