Hi Letha. I am searching for graves at the United Methodist Church Cemetery in Succasunna, NJ. You have a photo request for the above mentioned people. Is it possible that the last name is spelled Wear? I found a stone with "Jennie Wear, wife of Hudson Edmond Wear" on it. The stone says "Jennie" not Jane, with the exact same dates of birth and death. Their son, Frank E. is also buried there - June 13, 1862 to May 3, 1888. Hudson Edmond is not mentioned as being buried there, nor is there a stone for him in the area.
When I first went to this cemetery, I noticed there wasn't a picture of the cemetery sign on Find a Grave, so I took one and added it to your requests, not knowing you would be notified that your request was fulfilled. I hope I can fulfill it now. Joan S.

Letha, would you be so kind as to transfer the Schuyler Family - Glenn Schuyler , Ethel McCawley Schuyler, daughter Helen G Schuyler and Glenn;s mother Dora to my care. My grandmother Julia McCawley Parsons sister and kin.
I noticed that your cemetery list doesn't have Edward Riggs nor Elizabeth Holmes attached.
Are you related to Albert Rose Riggs or his father Silas Riggs? (direct or through marriage?)
If so, then you have a longer line of relatives that (some) are very interesting!
My husband Robert (Bob) Holmes' 9th great grandfather George Holmes (1594 England) immigrated in 1637 to Roxbury (Boston), Massachusetts. His sister was Elizabeth Holmes (1590 England) and she married Edward Riggs in England and they had 6/7 children in England before coming to America. (Roxbury (Boston) Massachusetts. She actually departed earth before her brother George arrived to America.
Anyway -- there's a "story" here.
Hope you'll let me know if you're related.
Have a pleasant evening.

His stone and his wife's stone indicate the last name is Giddis. That spelling should be used since it is what is on the stone.

I just posted a picture of her stone, but it does not read "Mary Elizabeth."

I JUST POSTED A PICTURE OF RALPH'S HEADSTONE. I NOTICED YOU INDICATED THERE IS NO STONE.
HAVE A GOOD DAY.

Is the wife of Judge Wm. Monro born Baxter or Collier?
