I've been doing genealogy about 30 years. I've found that cemetery information, although not always right it sure can lead to some great leads.|
Family names I am working on
Shaw, Waldren, Moore, Henderson & Knox from Vinton County, Ohio;
Haynam from Stark, Carroll & Columbiana Counties, Ohio;
Reid & Banta from Preble County, OH.
Indiana - Mason, Reid, Sturgeon, & Headington from Jay County, Indiana
Massachusetts - Kenney, Redden, Gibson,
New Hampshire - Boynton, Hopkins
Nova Scotia - Kinney, Letteney, Sabean, Warne, Doty & Prime from Digby County;
Redden & Trenholm from Kings County, N.S.
Vermont - Perry, Hopkins & Gibson from Windsor County, VT.
Also working on Cox, Carter, Price, Mourn, Hartman & Foughty in Athens County, Ohio.
I live in south western Ohio and can get over to parts of Indiana also. I'm glad to help when I can, in the mean time I am trying to input information from the cemeteries in my area.
Please contact me for corrections or doubles. I will gladly transfer memorials.
The chair in the photo is located in the Fletcher Cemetery, Fletcher, Ohio. It is under the name of Margaret Duncan look at the other stones she and her husband James Duncan have - no I don't know them but I love the chair!! I like the thought of being comfortable at the cemetery.

Thanks for the photo of Francis and Anna Strate's marker. It is appreciated.

Thanks so much for the transfer of my Grandparents...it's greatly appreciated. My Father also attended Beth Eden and I have a nice photo of his Sunday School class from 1942 showing class members and names. They were all about 17 or 18 years of age. Would be glad to send it along if you think it may be of interest. I actually found one name from the photo on your Beth Eden virtual cemetery...

|Michael ||Sylvestry Hall 1877-1921|
Thanks for all the help and work you put into the genealogy information. I have a clarification for you regarding Sylvestry Hall in the Potsdam Cemetery, Potsdam, Ohio. He married a Caroline Stager 24 March 1900 for his first wife and she was born 1872. His step mother was also Carolyn Stager Bercaw Hall (my great great grandmother) and she was born 1851 and married his father Jonah Hall , second marriage in 7/20/1882. Sylvestry was born to his fathers first wife,Susan Dittmer Hall on 20 June 1877. Sylvestry Hall married a second time to Eva M. Seeker 29 Oct 1910. Hope this is helpful.

|Lorna ||David Warner and Ethel Marson Jones|
I was just delighted to come across my paternal grandparents, David and Ethel Jones. I thank you so much for taking the time to add their names...something I should have done long ago ! Curious, are you a relation in any way ? I have added my Father, David Warner Jones Jr., so it will be nice to tie them in together.
If you could transfer their names to me it would be very appreciated. Again, thank you.
