I am a retired teacher and I am having an interesting time finding the ancestors of my father and my husband's mother as I can go so far back with each line. Some of these people were well-known in their time and some took part in important historical events. I majored in history in college so some history really comes alive when I find relatives or ancestors of my husband and myself on the scene at important events. For all relatives both famous or non-famous I feel it is a mark of respect to make note of their lives and passing.

Hello disregard my edit as I am not sure it is correct. I found the Hudson Valley News dated June 20 2012 It lists the Frost Family history. It lists that Benjamin and Catherine had 8 children. But lists no birth or death dates.
Samuel who married Barbara Eliza Traver is the first listed.
When I get a new scanner I can scan the article to you if you would like.

Again, duplicates are against the guidelines. It has nothing to do with who is related to whom or who lives where. One memorial per person. You are certainly welcome to ask the other contributor for a transfer or forward them any pertinent information to be added. That has nothing to do with me.

If SACs are not acted upon within 30 days, they should be forwarded to the edit address and they will make the necessary deletions or corrections. Again, as a 10 year member this should not be news to you. Duplicates are not permitted on the site. I suggest you reread the FAQs if you have any questions.

As a 10 year member of Find A Grave I am sure that you are aware that duplicates are not acceptable on this site. The SACs that I sent you clearly stated that you created duplicates. I am unsure exactly what your question to me is and what it has to do with me having a bio or not.

Hello Barbara

You have two memorials in this cemetery. Would you happen to know where the cemetery is? I am currently working on mapping the unmapped cemeteries in Michigan and this cemetery is one of the unmapped.

This is a link to the cemetery

Any info would help

Terry Chaplin
Find A Grave Memorial# 76596194
Hello, My name is Terry Chaplin and I have been researching my family for over 20 years. I was wondering if you would like to transfer the above memorial. Or... I could give you more information to include in the biography of this person. I am searching for the grave of this person's husband, the Rev. Ebenezer Chaplin who died while living with his daughter, Sarah Chaplin Holt, of Hardwick, 13 Dec 1822.

Ten Broeck
I'm a descendant of Dirck Wesselse TenBroeck and I just found the memorial for him that you created. Did you write the biography that appears with his memorial? If so I'd like to include it, with credit to you, in my family history file. If you want more information you can contact me at my e-mail: collectornuts at
Thanks, Mary Lou
