I like genealogy. On my memorials, I try to add the parents' names of the deceased if I can find them. It is time-consuming to research for some info, but I know it can be helpful. I especially like to find veterans (all wars) to honor them for having served. I welcome additional information to a memorial, or a correction. Use the white Edit tab at right top of the memorial. I will transfer a memorial if you are a relative according to Findagrave guidelines. My Family names I research: Vance/Sinclair, Yarbrough/Ellis/Young, Montgomery/Posey, Barnett/ Reynolds; Yandell/Sparks, Lee/Durham, Ward, Powell/Weaver and on it goes.

 | RE: Rev. Mark Atwood and wife Lovina? I have checked through all my transcriptions and sadly can not find them. I have checked Mt Pleas., Grove Cemetery, St. J Ctr (both of them). I do not have the Catholic cemetery photographed, so I can't say whether they are there or not.
I have also checked Lyndon Ctr, St. Elizabeth's, even stretched out to the Burkes.
It sure is a mystery. I will keep an eye out for them though.

 | Yandell, The Yandell family that is my line came from England. 4 Brothers with Gen. Braddock during or just before the Rev. War. you will find William, Samuel and I will just have to think of the other too.
the 4 names go into each gen. David Lunsflord Yandell m Elizabeth Eliza Adair and his brother, Samuel m Mary Adair of the Cherokee Adairs. a son or brother of John Adair of Ireland. They came from PA>VA>Nc where they lived for quite a while at Canebreak Plantation on Cane Creek. they then left for TN where Milley Heffington Yandell died in Sumter, Tn, then on to KY and down into Arkansas to what is now Yell CO and Scott Co AR. Any Info you might have would be appreciated. Which Yandell did you marry and where was he from? Linda @ lraven4@yahoo.comAdded by Ford on Apr 30, 2013 5:06 PM | | | David Hawk
 | RE: Annice Huckelby McGee Cem I'll sure look for her. May be next week before I get back to McGee. Trying to get the swimming pool cleared up. Dead algae on the surface makes it look like I threw in a box of Tide. | | | | [View all messages...] |
