I am a freelance cartoonist and spirit medium residing in Southern California. I've had an intense fascination with cemeteries all my life so FINDAGRAVE.COM is perfect for me! I remember, as a kid, going on pointless Sunday drives in the family Buick. Every time we would pass a cemetery I would want to stop and explore. I would be told, "No, we don't have anyone buried there!" which, of course, didn't mean squat to me. We'd pass it on by and I would burst into tears. To this day if I see an unknown cemetery I will stop and wander around it for awhile.
I illustrated a children's book of limericks last summer and I have a second book of illustrated limericks, a collaboration with the same author, due out in June of 2010. My first book, "Selections from On a Wing and a Prayer," which covers my misadventures as a medium, was published in 2007. My latest book, "DAILIES", was released in December, 2011.
I'm an adoptee (which means the state did its best to keep my birth a government secret) so I am, of course, fascinated with genealogy. I have met my birth family so my family tree is more aptly a forest! | |
