We have been researching our family lines for several years. The love of genealogy has led us to many relatives in other states. The cemeteries are the best way to gather information, birth/death, marriage dates, spouse's name, family members, etc. This site has been a treasure box for us, we hope to give back a little information in return. Only a genealogist can appreciate the excitement of finding a picture of that ancestor or their marker. We welcome any additions or corrections. Will be glad to transfer any memorial, unless it is one of our family. Thanks | |

 | Citty Cemetery, Hempstead County, Arkansas I found your listing for this cemetery last night, was very happy to find it, and have learned something new about my great great grandparents, Andrew Jackson Wallace and his wife Mary Jane Fontaine Wallace. First, I did not know that they are in a "named" cemetery. I have always heard from family that they were buried in a field on what was, at one time, Munro Stuart's property in Hempstead County, which is now private property. Second, I realize the possibility exists that they may have headstones. Have you visited this cemetery, and if so, do they have actual headstones here? Thank you for any information you can provide, and also for adding this cemetery to the Find A Grave records. | | | Michael Kurosky
 | Mack Coy Hicks Good evening.
Thank you again for allowing me to take over maintenance of Mack Hicks biography.
I have updated his Biography information and still have a bit more to add.
I have many photos of Mack and his wife Dovie I would like to add but the Site only allows for a maximum of five pictures.
There are several of his grave that you had added.
It will not let me delete any of them.
I wanted to ask if you would delete all but the close up of his headstone allowing me to add some actual photos of Mack and his family.
I wanted to ask the same for his spouse Dorine Jean Tankersley (Dovie).
I certainly appreciate it and hope you have a great weekend.
Thank you, Michael Kurosky

 | Owen family Thank you for your help and that I value your volunteer work, greatly.
If you had not created these memorials, family members would never be able to see them.

 | Sarah Owen Hi Mr. and Mrs.,
Sarah is my 2nd great grandmother. Would you consider allowing me to manage her memorial? What ever you decide, I just want you to know, there would be no findagrave without people like you.
Thank you,

 | RE: Cumming Cemetery Thank you so very much for all your hard work!
I was wondering if you have a good relationship with Hicks Funeral Home? I have contacted them twice on three other family members of Eula (Sewell) Dixon.
1. Fannie (A. or American, Jane), (Sewell) Draper Death 1965-1967? She is the sister of Eula.
2. Bertha (Draper) Jones she was Eula's niece and the daughter of Fannie Draper. Bertha died in May 1968 in Omaha, NE and her body was transferred down to Hicks Funeral Home for Burial.
3. Crystal Yvonne (Draper) Starks she died in the late mid to late 1950's. She mainly went by Yvonne. She is also Fannie's daughter, sister to Bertha (Draper) Jones and Eula's niece.
The story is that all three of them are buried in the same cemetery but know one can remember the name but should be in Hempstead county not a 100% sure on that one.
It's also possible that funeral services would have been held at Coultier Church not sure on that one either.
If you have time and can help I would sure appreciate any help that you can provide.
Thank you again

 | RE: Bright I also advised the other site manager of the duplication, so he/she must have deleted theirs. Thanks for all you do to promote family genealogies!Added by Elkco on Apr 30, 2013 9:07 PM | | | | [View all messages...] |
