~~~A Matter of Time~~~ Dying is always a matter of time, seconds to minutes with a tick of tock, each hour is punctuated by a chime. At least a beggar lives without a dime, so maybe he sleeps on a bed of rocks. Dying is always a matter of time. Some are saved by God's grace, so to be kind. On goes a man's life by the ticking clock, each hour is punctuated by a chime. Death can come by night of day, born of crime. Dark shadows close on him as if to mock. Dying is always a matter of time. Swords to slay dragons, death seasons like thyme. Death crescendos, musical sounds of Bach, each hour is punctuated by a chime. Life is sweet like honey and sour of lime. Death to life, explained mysteries unlocked. Dying is always a matter of time, each hour is punctuated by a chime.  | Charles R and Inez Looney I have been researching this couple and their children in an attempt to help other descendants find their roots. This is how I found your memorial for Sallie Looney here on Find A Grave. Since you post and maintain memorials, I was thinking that you may want to create one for Inez Looney. She is buried in the South Park Cemetery, Roswell, Chaves Co, NM. Her son, John R Looney is also buried there and has a memorial as do two other sons, Jack and Tex. I found the obit for John R Looney on the internet and it shows that his mother had remarried. Her name is now listed in the cemetery as Inez L. Melson and she apparently died sometime close to 3-19-1988 when she died. Find A Grave does not have a memorial for her yet. Check out this website as it contains more Looney names than are shown on Find A Grave: http://nmahgp.genealogyvillage.com/chaves/south_parkcemetery1.htm Any idea when and where Charles R Looney died? | | | Debra Rodgers Blackmon
 | Jim Jameson Thank you so much for posting his grave site on find a grave. It meant the world to me and when his grave markers come in I get the pictures for them to be on this site as well. Once again, thank you. | | | LC-NW
 | high res photo of Chief Victorio FYI - there's a hi-resolution photo of Chief Victorio (memorial # 8947969) at http://www.historynet.com/victorios-war.htm which claims the source of the photo as the National Archives (ie: non-copyright/public domain). If you click on the above link and then click on the photo of him it will enlarge to the hi-res version. Enjoy. :o]Added by LC-NW on Aug 04, 2011 12:02 PM | | | tjmcc
 | cemetery name It looks to me that you created a memorial page for a Charles Parmenter #8709802, and you have him listed in Boot Hill cemetery. I received a headstone request today and this person is buried in Green Center cemetery near Morley, Jones Co. IA., which is not far from where I live. I don't know how you can make this correction, but feel the name needs to be put in the correct cemetery. I have never heard of Green Center cemetery also known as Boot Hill? if it was then they need to be combined but dont' think they are one in the same. I did post the picture of the headstone but this stone is in Green Center Cemetery.
Thank youAdded by tjmcc on Oct 08, 2010 5:53 PM | | | Debra Woods
Do you still take photos of tombstones? If so, I was again wondering if you might be willing to take a few photos at the Woodbine Cemetery in Artesia, Eddy County, NM?
