Born in Kerrville, Texas on October 13, 1976. His mother, Cynthia Loya, currently resides in Abilene, Texas. His father, Charles Baumer, currently resides in Utopia, Texas. John currently resides in Mullin, Texas and has a degree in Sociology. He wishes one day to visit some of these grave sites.
